Roughin' it at 31 weeks

August 27
31 weeks

You know you're pregnant when... you look forward to being able to bend over again!

A backcountry drive and we found a cool view of Harrison Lake
We had a very eventful first anniversary! We left Friday afternoon and headed just past Chilliwack to Weaver lake. Friday night the group beside us was a bit loud so we didn't sleep very well, but we enjoyed a great day on Saturday swimming A LOT! Saturday evening we went to bed and thankfully the group beside us was out at the beach, so it was nice and quiet and we quickly fell asleep. Around 12:00 I woke up to the group coming back talking about a fire on the hill, and shortly there after I heard the fire truck and the campground attendant telling us to evacuate. We packed up and headed out... got home around 2:00 in the morning. PJ was confused and obviously thought it was morning time with all the excitement, so I was super hungry and had to have a bowl of cereal before heading to bed!
Mini Golf Champ
After a crazy night we slept in and enjoyed a nice breakfast at home. Sunday was our official anniversary. We wanted to do something fun, so Sheldon suggested minigolf, and it was actually a lot of fun! We looked through a bunch of photos from the wedding and the past year, as well as read our guest book. We attempted to do our special entrance dance, but parts of it were hazy.
Happy 1st Anniversary!
Baby PJ has been doing a lot of rolling around and sticking 'his' butt out. We have made a list of things we have to have before PJ gets here. There's still a lot to get done. My parents are going to come over in a few weeks and help Sheldon paint, and after that I look forward to getting the nursery ready and feeling like I have done all I need to do. I would like to make a couple freezer meals in the next few weeks, unfortunately our freezer is quite small.

31 weeks and roughin' it
Sheldon told me yesterday he thinks PJ is a boy, but I'm still sticking to my girl instinct. We still talk about names, and I said we should really try to narrow it down soon, but perhaps it'll just come to us when the time is right.
